Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at the music school. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our music school to potential students and the community. You will collaborate with other staff members to create engaging and informative content that highlights our programs and services, and you will oversee our social media accounts, website, and other marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of our music school and attract new students.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
- Manage our social media accounts, creating content and engaging with followers to promote our music programs.
- Oversee our website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Coordinate outreach events, such as open houses and concerts, to showcase our music programs and services.
- Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in music education marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with experience in social media management and content creation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear and engaging content for a variety of audiences
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Passion for music education and a commitment to promoting our programs and services to potential students.
